It seems Maine governor Paul LePage has a reality show.
The Portland Press Herald notes that Mr. LePage is appearing a show aimed at informing Maine residents of local government initiatives.
The new episode of “Inside the Blaine House” will be available for viewing on www.MaineVOD.com. It will also air on Time Warner Cable (Channel 9) at 9:30 p.m. Monday and will rerun several times throughout the week.
Mr. LePage talks about the state budget and his top policy areas. The show also features Education Commissioner Stephen Bowen talking about the state’s education system.
The Republican governor has grabbed national attention in recent weeks his calling for the removal of a mural from the state’s department of labor. “The Department of Labor is a state agency that works very closely with both employees and employers, and we need to have a décor that represents neutrality,” Mr. LePage’s spokeswoman said at the time.
