Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney continues to lead the field of potential presidential candidates, according to the latest Rasmussen poll.
The Rasmussen survey of likely Republican primary voters finds Mr. Romney leading with 24 percent, closely followed by former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin at 19 percent and former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee at 17 percent.
The poll is the latest to show Mr. Romney leading. Mr. Romney won the New Hampshire presidential primary straw poll over the weekend, winning with nearly 35 percent of the vote.
It also comes just weeks before the first Republican Party presidential announcements is expected.
Among those also receiving support in the Rasmussen poll include former House Speaker Newt Gingrich and former Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty. Mr. Gingrich received 11 percent support, while Mr. Pawlenty received 6 percent support.
Texas Rep. Ron Paul received 4 percent support.
